Turkey Chili

corn oil

yellow onions, diced

ground turkey meat
1/2 lb
sweet pepper, diced
1/4 lb
green pepper, diced
1/2 lb
red pepper, diced

garlic, pureed

canned tomatoes in juice
2/3 cup
tomato paste

1/2 can
chipotle peppers
1 tbsp
chipotle pepper juice
2 cups
red wine vinegar
2/3 cups
turkey chili seasoning mix
1 cup
1 cup
black beans, cooked
1 can
kidney beans, cooked
1 can
northern beans, cooked
1/4 cup
pinto beans, cooked
1/2 bunch
green onions
1 1/2 oz
chicken stock


  1. Sauté onions in oil.
  2. Add Turkey and sauté until cooked through. Be sure to break up the meat so that it crumbles nicely.
  3. Add peppers and garlic.
  4. Add seasoning mix. Stir until combined.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, chicken base, chipotles, and vinegar. Cook until thickened and a nice viscosity.
  6. Stir in corn, beans, and green onions.
